NE Consult were recently appointed to support TK Elevator in their bid to secure a £316m framework contract to design, build and maintain at least 295 lifts and escalators for the four major new stations being built as part of the HS2 high speed rail project.
NE Consult advised on the interpretation of commercial aspects of NEC3 contracts to enable TK Elevator to submit a compliant and competitive tender.
