Neil Earnshaw speaks at Project Controls Expo 2018

Neil Earnshaw from NE Consult recently spoke at the Project Controls Expo 2018 which was held at the prestigious Emirates Stadium in London. The event is the largest international project controls event with over 1300 delegates attending in 2018. Neil’s masterclass focussed on NEC4 contracts and how the changes from NEC3 will impact the procurement, project and commercial management of projects. A video of the talk can be found here:
