    Value management

    NE Consult carries out independent peer reviews that are concise, focussed and designed for use at key stages of a project or programme. Peer reviews are highly effective at identifying risks and issues which if not addressed would threaten successful delivery.

    NE Consult provides experience facilitators who lead value management studies and value engineering exercises. Trained by the Institute of Value Management, our clients can be assured that the service they will receive is highly effective at identifying priorities and optimising cost, time and quality.

    NE Consult specialises in helping clients to improve their capability to deliver projects and programmes and advises on organisational structures, governance, systems and processes, policies and standards, and building the right culture. We work closely with the client team, often providing mentoring and training to staff in order for them to be equipped to deliver projects and programmes more effectively and efficiently.

    Risk management

    NE Consult specialises in identifying and evaluating project risks, managing risk registers, facilitating qualitative risk assessments, conducting quantitative risk analyses, and developing risk mitigation strategies and plans.

    We develop qualitative risk assessments in conjunction with project stakeholders; integrate those assessments into robust, quantitative cost and programme risk analyses; and monitor and mitigate any risks accordingly.

    NE Consult develops and implements procurement strategies that achieve cost savings and efficiencies.

    We specialise in the procurement of construction works facilities management and maintenance services and professional services.

    We have particular expertise in procurements conducted under EU regulations and can help to ensure that the risk of challenge from an unsuccessful bidder is mitigated. We have advised on procurements under the concession, public, and utilities contracts regulations.

    NE Consult advises on developing procurement strategies, drafting documentation, bid evaluation, contract formation and mobilisation.
